What we do
There’s a spark in every young mind, waiting to be ignited by bringing the world of work to life for students.
Wouldn’t it have been great to know which career you wanted when you were at school? Life could have been so different for so many of us.
The How2Hub exists to help our children - the workforce of the future - gain hands on experience in a range of different jobs, helping them to recognise their work-related skills and find a career that is right for them
Through collaboration with schools and businesses, The How2Hub provides young students with the exposure they need to spark an understanding and gain experience for the future in an industry that truly interests them
Lets work together to help todays generation know How2 find a career path right for them…
By the age of 14, all pupils should have accessed and utilized information about career paths and the labour market to make informed decisions about their study options and there are so many ways to do this!
Hosting interactive career days with professionals who have engaging stories and interactive activities around the subjects they love.
Showing students could see how their lessons apply in the real world—math used in engineering, literature in marketing, science in healthcare.
Tours of workplaces - either in-person or virtual - to show them behind the scenes and help them understand the importance of a good work ethic.
It’s all about connecting the dots for them, helping them to see the bigger picture and visualize their place in it.
That’s how you spark their interest.
The How2Hub (CIC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping schools provide early career advice to young students.
